Walk the Path of Mantra and Meditation

The Heart Mantra of Compassion was given to us around 18,000 years ago by the first teacher of the Tibetan Bön,  Tonpa Shenrab. This practice works with releasing negativity and nurturing inner wisdom. As part of the Bön Ngöndro series, this practice is a starting point for self-realization, and a gateway to awakening for beginners and a valuable resource for seasoned practitioners alike.

Lopön Gankar Bön (Rachael Henrichsen) has created a 30-minute guided practice (MP3 audio track and a PDF practice manual) as an introduction to experience the transformative power of mantra.
